Das Ziel von Lean Management ist, eine Leistung mit m\u00f6glichst geringen Kosten und h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t zu erbringen.<\/p>\n<p>Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wurde \u00fcber die Jahrzehnte eine Vielzahl von Optimierungstechniken entwickelt. Unter dem Stichwort \u201eLean Lab\u201c werden diese Techniken auch in Laboren auf vielf\u00e4ltigste Themen erfolgreich angewendet. Dazu geh\u00f6ren beispielsweise die Laborprozesse, die Gestaltung des Laborlayouts, aber auch Dokumentation oder F\u00fchrung. Lean bedeutet jedoch mehr als nur \u201eschlank\u201c im Sinne eines sparsamen Einsatzes von Ressourcen. Lean Management hat das Ziel, alle Aktivit\u00e4ten, die f\u00fcr die Wertsch\u00f6pfung n\u00f6tig sind, optimal aufeinander abzustimmen, um <strong>Verschwendungen<\/strong> (japanisch <a class=\"fusion-one-page-text-link\" href=\"de\/themen\/lean-lab-lexikon\/#muda\">\u201emuda\u201c<\/a>) zu vermeiden und Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m-b-0\">Die Kernidee dabei ist, <strong>Wert f\u00fcr den Kunden ohne Verschwendung zu schaffen<\/strong>. Das hei\u00dft bei Lean geht es um die konsequente Ausrichtung auf die Kundenbed\u00fcrfnisse durch Reduktion auf das, was f\u00fcr den Kunden einen Wert darstellt. Um das zu erreichen, umfasst Lean ein B\u00fcndel an Denkans\u00e4tzen, Prinzipien (z. B. <a class=\"fusion-one-page-text-link\" href=\"de\/themen\/lean-lab-lexikon\/#pull-prinzip\">Pull-Prinzip<\/a>) und Techniken (z. B. <a class=\"fusion-one-page-text-link\" href=\"de\/themen\/lean-lab-lexikon\/#5S\">5S<\/a>). Daher wird auch von Lean Management gesprochen \u2013 denn es umfasst mehr als nur ein Paket von Optimierungstechniken. Ersatzteile und Kapital) und starker Wettbewerb durch westliche Autoproduzenten. Um auf diese Herausforderungen zu reagieren, entwickelte Toyota um Taiichi Ohno das sogenannte <a class=\"fusion-one-page-text-link\" href=\"de\/themen\/lean-lab-lexikon\/#toyota-produktionssystem\"><strong>Toyota Production System<\/strong>\u00a0(TPS)<\/a>, mit den Prinzipen <a class=\"fusion-one-page-text-link\" href=\"de\/themen\/lean-lab-lexikon\/#just-in-time\"><strong>Just-in-Time<\/strong><\/a>, <a class=\"fusion-one-page-text-link\" href=\"de\/themen\/lean-lab-lexikon\/#kaizen\"><strong>Kaizen<\/strong><\/a> und <a class=\"fusion-one-page-text-link\" href=\"de\/themen\/lean-lab-lexikon\/#jidoka\"><strong>Jidoka<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Der Effekt des Toyota Produktionssystems war enorm: in den 70er und 80er Jahren verhalf es Toyota, von einem kleinen und sehr unproduktiven Hersteller zum gr\u00f6\u00dften Exporteur Japans mit starken Wettbewerbsvorteilen aufzusteigen. Daher wurde auch von der \u201ejapanischen Bedrohung\u201c gesprochen.<\/p>\n<p>Um diese Bedrohung besser zu verstehen, wurde durch das Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) eine umfassende Studie durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Ergebnisse der MIT-Studie wurden in dem 1991 erschienenen Buch &#8222;<strong>The Machine That Changed the World<\/strong>: The Story of Lean Production &#8211; Toyota&#8217;s Secret Weapon in the Global Car Wars That Is Now Revolutionizing World Industry&#8220; ver\u00f6ffentlicht \u2013 das Buch wurde zum Bestseller. In dem Buch wird der Begriff \u201e<strong>Lean<\/strong>\u201c verwendet, um das \u201eToyota Production System\u201c zu beschreiben und hat dem Lean Management zur Bekanntheit verholfen. Heute findet das Lean Management weltweit in fast allen Branchen Anwendung und kann innerhalb eines Unternehmens auf fast alle Bereiche \u00fcbertragen werden. Aus dem Prinzip das urspr\u00fcnglich f\u00fcr die Automobilindustrie entwickelt wurde, ist eine umfassende Management-Philosophie entstanden.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div
